How good was the business move to establish cooperation between Rapidex and the Italian company C.E.I. – ConstruzioneEmilianaIngranaggi, also showed in the presentations and trainings organized by our two companies in Novi Sad and Kragujevac for gearboxes and differentials servers.
The impressions of our customers are remarkable because, as they point out, Rapidex trade has also assorted and valued the vacuum in the market, which is now filled by C.E.I., whose basic field is gears, parts and gearboxes.
Fabio Testi, who is in charge of quality control in C.E.I., presented to the repairers the production and composition of the materials that the mentioned company uses for various parts. They are therefore convinced of how much in C.E.I. takes care of the quality of spare parts. A large number of sets already made by the Italian company were presented. They allow parts that need to be combined together to be available in sets, for easier sales and avoiding possible reclamations. In this way, the price of parts is more favorable, because it is sold in a set, not individually.
The presentation itself was interactive, with direct examples, so customers actively participated in the questions and answers received on-site.
Rapidex will additionally enrich the assortment of C.E.I. for different types of gearboxes, and parts for differentials have already been ordered. Also, Rapidex will enable customers to deliver very fast delivery of parts for specific gearboxes, which will be received directly from the factory in the shortest possible time.
